On Tuesday the objective is Interactive Presentation on Introduction to Projects. On this day we take a close look at the projects suggested. We are given 2 Projects (UVC System) and a Mechanical Concentrator. We are to scope for the third project and interview personnel who can give us a good look into the problem suggested. On this day we clarify the team assignment, Understand the Problem and content and the need. We look into the problems; the need and what objectives should be achieved. We also develop the design criteria for the prototype we have to make.

Day 3 (02 June 2021)

On this day we had a workshop on Needs Finding & Project Scoping. The presenters are Mr. Million Mafuta and Mr. Sam Ng’anjo. We also get a chance in our groups to apply the Lessons learned directly to the projects we are doing.

Day 4 (03 June 2021)

The objectives on this day, as a group we discuss about the project ideas and according to the need develop suitable concepts. We deliberate on suggested solutions on each project and we start to narrow them down. We score each of the concepts and grade them accordingly. This allows us to clearly define the concepts we would like and which one best suits the need.

Day 5 (04 June 2021)

What a great Friday, the objectives set for the day are Team work day intended for teams to work towards successfully completing their projects: Teams can organize stake, prototype, literature reviews, teams can organize stakeholder interviews, site visit etc. We as a Team UltraMed have walked through more concepts of the UVC system and Mechanical Concentrator. We also continue to work towards finding the 3rd Project and Potential people to meet. After some interaction with the team and other personnel, we decided to address a problem to do with bones and Joints. DAY WELL SPENT!!!!
